April Employee of the Month

The Landings is celebrating our April Employee of the Month, a team member who is dedicated to our Culture of Care, Eliza Shifflett!

Eliza is an STNA on the Emerson unit here at The Landings. She opened this unit as the first STNA and has taken the unit and its staff members under her wing. She has been with the Foundations Health Solutions company for multiple years and is a great trainer for new STNAs!



Eliza creates routines with her residents and always takes the time to go the extra mile while getting her residents ready for the day, during showers, meal times or activities. She has finished multiple puzzles with residents in her unit and has been framing them with pride to look at during her shifts. Eliza has such a compassionate heart that was made for caregiving! We are truly privileged to have Eliza a part of The Landings.
