The Landings is never a place you plan on spending a few weeks ... but the experience was totally wonderful. From the facility itself, totally beautiful, to the staff, totally caring and friendly, my two-week stay will be a pleasant memory for me. There was not a person I passed in the halls or came to my room that did not have a warm friendly demeanor.

P.S. the PT and OT staff are terrific and made me feel so comfortable and liked!

The accommodations were lovely. The therapists all strived to help me be my best. I appreciated them all for pushing me to do my best. The food was enjoyable for the most part. The meat was always tender.

Mom's admission was seamless, the staff was helpful, welcoming, and overall the transition could not have gone any better. Josie and her staff are simply incredible! They are the most tireless, most dedicated, professional, knowledgeable staff you could ever imagine and hope for. They are all that and still manage to bring a high level of warmth, love, joy and even fun to all the residents/patients and their families.

...having a superior staff that comes with the new digs, brings a level of comfort, relief and happiness that cannot be surpassed. I am more grateful than any of you could ever imagine and deeply thankful to all the Landings staff for all that you do and all that you are.

Staff were always willing to help me... I would ask anyone that needs my opinion to come here. I came a long way with them.

I have spent six weeks at the landings rehabing a fractured elbow and leg. The PT and OT department has been wonderful. I regained my strength with lots of encouragement and help. The entire staff has been wonderful.

The Landings is an exceptional facility. I have had my mother in and out of skilled nursing facilities over the last few months and I have not experienced anything like The Landings. They are friendly, safe and compassionate. Every team member I have interacted with has been wonderful and caring. I am very fortunate to be in this great facility with my mother.

The skilled nursing and therapy staff are outstanding, knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated.

Rehab does not push you but works skillfully from where you are to where you need to be. Beautiful, clean surroundings. Large rooms, healing atmosphere. An exceptional care facility, welcoming and loving.

I frequent this community often. There has not been a time that I haven't seen residents happy and engaged with staff that were also showing care and compassion and most importantly, a smiling face! The activities are endless and engaging with a lot of participation! As a visitor I am always greeted with a "hello" and a smile! The community is beautiful, clean and lots of beautiful green space! Would I place my loved one here, I most certainly would!

My grandfather was at the Landings for almost a year before his passing. The staff took such great care of him and I couldn't imagine spending it anywhere else but here. The staff and the nurses were so caring, attentive, gentle, and comforting to all of us during this hard time. I would recommend this community to everyone out there because we had just a great experience and we are incredibly grateful for all they did. Thank you again to the amazing staff at The Landings. You made the last few months of my grandpa's life enjoyable.

My moms transition from the hospital to The Landings was seamless. Courtney, the Admissions Director is absolutely incredible at what she does. She was inviting, knowledgeable, honest and accommodating and helped to make us feel right at home. The facility is super clean and bright and the patient rooms are spacious and homey feeling. The best part of our experience at the Landings was the exceptional staff. Everyone that works there was a pleasure, from the front desk reception staff, the nurses and aids, the activities team, the therapists, the transportation team and even the cleaning crew was a delight. We can't say enough about the quality of care my mother got during her 5 1/2 week rehab stay. Her nurses and aids were attentive to her needs, loving and friendly, patient, and often went out of their way to make her comfortable and to see that all of her needs were completely met. When she did have issues with meds or pain management, they worked quickly to remedy the problem. They physical therapy team was exceptional, patient, informative and goal oriented. They helped my mom to gain a tremendous amount of her strength back and even made her therapy sessions fun.

The Landings also had a full calendar of daily activities planned 7 days a week to keep residents and patients involved socially. My mom made good friends with several other patients, which made her stay there especially lovely.

They provided transportation to and from her medical appointments, which was a blessing. Their menu had a good variety weekly and they even provided an alternate menu with several choices you could order from as well. The food for the most part was 3.5 out of 5. Another bonus is that you can order meals for your visiting guests, which I enjoyed several meals with my mom.

The Landings was the nicest facility I visited while looking for a medical rehab. Their standard for care and the safety of their residents far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend The Landings of Westerville to anyone needing short or long term care. This was the perfect place for my mom to recover from surgery and gain her strength and independence back. We are grateful and blessed to have been given such amazing care.

I chose The Landings of Westerville because it was new and close for my family to visit. I had never been in a rehabilitation facility but St Ann’s hospital said they send a lot of patients there so I figured it would be okay.
This place is so much more than okay and definitely worthy of praise. The building and grounds are beautiful but it’s the staff that deserves kudos for their attentiveness and individual positions. The nurses (Edris and Lee especially) were so willing to explain what meds I was taking and why along with their concern about my particular problems.
The aides, always with a smile no matter what they had to help me with. The kitchen trying so hard to work with likes and dislikes.
And then there’s the physical and occupational therapy group of the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable
professionals that helped me gain the confidence I needed to take care of myself at home. I am leaving tomorrow fully confident that I can take care of myself safely. At one point I had the opportunity to meet each department head wanting to know if I had any concerns and Melissa from social services who helped me order the equipment needed to go home with. Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart.
