Meet one of our employees who make a difference, Sean! Sean is our March 2023 Employee of the Month!



Sean is a Respiratory Therapist and is key to the successful ventilator unit at The Landings of Westerville. Sean leads his team very calmly during high-stress situations to ensure that his residents and team are well taken care of. Sean has many years of experience under his belt as a Respiratory Therapist in skilled nursing and played a huge part in the opening of our new facility and respiratory unit last year. We are so appreciative of his leadership!
