December Employee of the Month

Our team here at The Landings of Westerville is filled with amazing individuals who put their all into making our facility feel comfortable, safe and clean for our residents. This month, we'd like to recognize an employee that stood out and made an impact among her co-workers and residents. Congratulations to our December Employee of the Month, "Respiratory Lori!"

Lori, or "Respiratory Lori" as most of us know her, has been a dedicated, compassionate member of our ventilator unit since the first day we opened here at The Landings. She enjoys working with patients to see them successfully ween off of the ventilators and allowing them to regain independence in their daily lives. Lori loves getting to work with new people and family members. She can often be found laughing up and down the unit assuring all of her teammates and residents feel supported, confident and loved. She shared that she loves working at The Landings of Westerville because it feels like one big team and we place our residents as our number one priority.



Lori became a Respiratory Therapist 15 years ago after seeing many of her family and friends in the healthcare field. Lori is an experienced healthcare professional when it comes to all things respiratory and does an exceptional job teaching and educating her peers. She has even provided education and demonstrations at monthly all-staff meetings, to pass on her knowledge to others.

Lori is a fan favorite, from all sides of healthcare, from the residents and their families to her fellow healthcare co-workers. We are so lucky to have her. Thank you, Lori, for all you do for your residents and co-workers here at The Landings! Thank you for always keeping a smile on everyone's face, even behind the mask!
