We have loved getting to know the Westerville community as we grow closer to the completion of construction, and we can't wait for you all to get to know the team here at The Landings. We are looking forward to meeting you in person at our upcoming Open House, but until then, get to know our team here on our page!

Meet Josie Woosley STNA, LNHA - Administrator:

Born and raised in Pataskala, Ohio, Josie has worked in skilled nursing and long term care with Foundations for five years. Inspired by the life lessons she learned from a neighbor who was like a grandfather figure to her, she studied at Ohio University’s Long-Term Care Administration and Gerontology program before joining Foundations in 2017 as an Administrator-In-Training. She has since obtained her STNA and LNHA certifications, allowing her to be a leader in both resident care and administration. Her experience as an Admissions Director, Social Services Director, and Administrator with Foundations has given her a wide breadth of knowledge and skill in caregiving and leadership in the nursing facility setting.

Josie can often be found spending quality time with residents, assisting staff with direct care, or helping out in the laundry room and kitchen – she is known for being a hands-on, dedicated leader and is loved by residents and staff alike. She was previously on the opening team of Foundations' facility, Capri Gardens, where she has spent the last few years as the Administrator, and she is thrilled to bring this experience to opening The Landings in Westerville! Josie loves running, crafting, Matchbox 20, The Office, and her three very large adopted dogs. She values the wisdom that we have to learn from older generations, and her favorite aspect of her work as an Administrator is changing the negative stigma related to long-term care and nursing homes.

Josie can't wait to open the doors of The Landings to the Westerville community this June!
