January Employee of the Month

The Landings is very excited to announce that our January 2023 Employee of the Month is Heather Corple!

When Heather was announced as Employee of the Month at our monthly all-staff meeting, it was evident that many of her peers agreed and voted for her. Heather is an STNA at our skilled rehabilitation center and has quickly become a resident and family favorite. What makes Heather a phenomenal STNA is her day-to-day, consistent effort to enhance our residents' quality of life. There are many other reasons why Heather is so deserving of this award too. One is that Heather bases her day around her residents' preferences, always putting their needs first. Her love for her residents is easily seen by everyone!



Another reason is that Heather always has a positive smile on her face, no matter what unit she's working on. Heather is also a big supporter of the facility's activity and culinary program, always ensuring her residents are attending their favorite activities and sitting next to their friends in the dining room.

The Landings is so thankful to have healthcare heroes like Heather on our team. Who Heather is, makes a difference! Thank you, Heather, and congratulations on receiving our Employee of the Month award!
