Our First-Ever Employee of the Month

The Landings of Westerville would like to give a huge round of applause for our first-ever Employee of the Month, Alane Davis! We are so excited to reward Alane for all of her hard work and dedication to The Landings.



Alane was the first employee within the Housekeeping and Laundry Department and has truly set an example and high standard for the facility. She is so deserving of this award because she not only adheres to all of her duties but goes beyond them. She has played such a significant role by keeping the building beautiful and clean for our residents and helping train the new employees. Through training she has passed on crucial values to the new employees and has grown the department to what it is now. For that, we thank her for being a great mentor!

Alane's abilities don't stop there. She also helps in other departments. She is known to help out our Dietary Manager in the kitchen by bussing trays after breakfast and lunch. Everyone sees Alane around the facility with her smiling face and helping hands. Thank you, Alane, for your dedication to The Landings and compassion for your residents! We are so lucky to have you!
