Recognizing National Skilled Nursing Care Week

To close National Skilled Nursing Care Week, we reflect on who we are as a caregiving team. The Landings of Westerville is a proud member of Foundations Health Solutions Family, which manages 59 skilled nursing facilities across Ohio. Our “who” is not just the individual team members here at The Landings, it is the support and structure of the entire Foundations Family, driven by our shared commitment to a Culture of Care.


The Foundations Culture of Care is not just a slogan - it is a unique level of compassion that requires full participation from all who walk our halls each day. We are guided by our key values of compassion, integrity, empathy, and always putting residents first. Our person-centered care approach works to relate to every resident as an individual, recognizing their unique history, culture, and personal needs. We empower each of our staff members to be the reason that The Landings makes a difference in the lives that we will serve. This strong Culture of Care fosters not only superior care and positive outcomes for our residents, but also the best kind of excitement for us about what we are privileged to do each day.
